- Indiana Wesleyan has a team dedicated to keeping your student safe during every part of the event. These include law enforcement, security staff, and medical staff.
What is the medication protocol?
- Students who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag.
- Students will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication.
- If a teenager needs help with their medication, their leader can help administer it with parent consent.
- All medications must be documented during the bag-check at check-in.
What is the sleeping situation?
- Students are placed in dorms with other students in our group. One student per bed.
- Leaders sleep in separate rooms in the same hallway as students.
