What happens if I have to cancel?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds.
  • If your student can no longer attend camp, you can send someone in their place.

What safety precautions will be taken?
Protecting our teenagers is our number one priority. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Every adult serving in our student ministry is required to have a background check and complete a mandatory Safety Awareness Training.
  • Indiana Wesleyan has a team dedicated to keeping your student safe during every part of the event. These include law enforcement, security staff, and medical staff.

What is the medication protocol?

  • Students who take medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag.
  • Students will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication.
  • If a teenager needs help with their medication, their leader can help administer it with parent consent.
  • All medications must be documented during the bag-check at check-in.

What is the sleeping situation?

  • Students are placed in dorms with other students in our group. One student per bed.
  • Leaders sleep in separate rooms in the same hallway as students.
